James Lee Schnaath

Jim was born May 31, 1964 in Columbia, Missouri to Janet Weinreich Schnaath and Earl Schnaath. He passed unexpectedly on September 23, 2024.

Jim (Jimmy) grew up in Springfield, MO. He attended SMSU and earned his MBA from St. Louis University. Jim used his financial expertise to become a top mortgage loan officer. As a staunch sports fan, he never waned from his Missouri roots cheering on the baseball Cardinals and KC Chiefs.

Jim adored his children, always looking forward to their events and family activities through the years as they grew up. A joke, a smile, a sports update. His beloved friendship will be missed by all that knew him.

He leaves his wife Monique Valleroy Schnaath and adult children Dominic and Arianna Schnaath; sisters Cynthia Schnaath (MO), Debbie [Floyd] Simmons (MO); brother Matt [Heidi] Schnaath (PA). A loved family member: son-in-law, brother-in-law, nephew, uncle, great uncle, cousin, dear friend.
