Brian Keith McCarthy, 68, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2026.

Brian was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. More than anything in the world, he loved his family and took immense pride in the life they built together. He was the beloved husband of Mary Jane McCarthy and a proud father to his four children: Shannon (Charles), Michael (Aisha), Erin, and Matthew.

Brian’s greatest joy was being “Papa” to his two cherished granddaughters, Morgan and Ellie. They brought endless smiles to his face, and he treasured every moment spent with them.

Known for his incredible work ethic and his ability to fix just about anything, Brian was the kind of man people could always count on. Whether it was helping family, solving a problem, or lending a hand to a friend, he approached life with strength, dedication, and a generous heart.

Brian also loved the simple pleasures in life. Some of his favorite moments were spent gathered around the table playing cards with his family, sharing laughs, stories, and time together. Those moments of togetherness meant everything to him.

Brian is also survived by his loving brothers, George and David, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss him deeply.

He will be remembered as an amazing husband, a devoted father, and a proud grandfather whose love for his family was the foundation of everything he did. Though he will be profoundly missed, his love, guidance, and spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
